Anyone live near 7 Nashville Ave? curious about local hangouts and transit

I’ve been checking out 7 Nashville Ave and I really like the look of the area! What’s the local scene for groceries and restaurants? Also, how’s the transit around there, especially for getting downtown? Trying to get a feel for the neighbourhood’s character.
