Looking at 600 Eglinton Ave W for quick access to subway and buses

Thinking about renting at 600 Eglinton Ave W. How quick is the walk to the nearest subway and streetcar stops? I’ll need to get downtown daily, and reliable TTC service is a must. Are there good bike lanes nearby for when I want to cycle instead?
