Living at 188 Jameson Ave for my downtown job — is it good for transit?

I'm considering moving to 188 Jameson Ave and would love to hear about the TTC options for a quick downtown commute. Are there streetcars or subway stations nearby? Also, how’s the area for cycling with bike lanes or potential traffic issues? Any insights would be super helpful!
