Great transit potential at 1560 lawrence ave w for downtown commutes

Just graduated and looking at 1560 Lawrence Ave W for my first place! How's the TTC connection to downtown from here? I want to know about subway and bus options nearby, plus if there are bike lanes for getting around easily. Any insights on commute times would be super helpful!
