Curious about life around 2360 Eglinton Ave E as a new renter

I’ve been looking at 2360 Eglinton Ave E and love the look of the building! How’s the transit situation around here, especially getting downtown? And are there good grocery stores or restaurants nearby? What's the general feel of the neighborhood like day-to-day?
