Moving a Few Boxes in Toronto - Need Advice!

Hey everyone! I'm doing a small move in Toronto, like just moving a studio apartment with about 10 boxes and a bed. Is it worth hiring movers for a tiny move or should I just get a few friends to help? Anyone know a good small moving company or a two-man crew for small moves? Thanks!
