Looking at 291 george st for easy subway access and downtown commuting

Hey all, I'm considering a place at 291 George St and want to know how the transit situation feels during rush hour. I'm mostly commuting to downtown for work and rely on the TTC. Also curious about bike lanes in the area for weekend rides. Any input would be really helpful!
