5 Tangreen Crt looks interesting for transit life, any nearby hotspots?

I came across 5 Tangreen Crt and I’m curious about how easy it is to get around on the TTC. How walkable is the area for errands and coffee runs? Also, are there good parks or spots to hang out nearby? I want a lively vibe but still a bit peaceful.
