Thinking about 22 Oakmount Rd and all its local coffee shops

I’ve been exploring the area around 22 Oakmount Rd and it seems like there's a bunch of coffee shops within walking distance. What’s the transit access like there? I love being able to hop on the TTC easily, especially during rush hours.
