I’m really drawn to 39 Raglan Ave and the mix of units, but I’m curious about the local scene. How’s the nearby transit, and are there plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance? What’s the neighborhood character like—more community-focused or lively? Appreciate any insights!
