Transit options around 169 Berry Rd for downtown work commute

I'm starting a new job downtown and I've found a place at 169 Berry Rd. How's the TTC around there for getting to Union Station? Also curious about bike lanes for a quick ride. Any insights on walkability and transit frequency would be super helpful!
