Price check: $2200 for 1BR in Queen West - reasonable or overpriced?

I found a 1BR listed for $2200 in Queen West, which seems high to me, but it’s close to transit and shops. The unit is newly renovated but has no balcony. Someone tell me if I'm overpaying or if this is a fair price given the location.
