Looking at 893 Kennedy Rd, but what’s good for local food spots?

I’m checking out 893 Kennedy Rd and I’m curious about the local amenities. Are there decent restaurants or cafes nearby? Also, how’s the TTC access for getting around? Walkability looks decent on Google Maps, but I want to hear from actual locals!
