I can't get over how vibrant Bayview Village feels around 11 Dervock Cres! The area is super walkable, with tons of cute cafes and shops just a short stroll away. Plus, the Bayview TTC station is nearby, making it easy to hop on the Yonge line for quick access to the downtown core and beyond!
