Anyone familiar with transit from 121 Combermere Dr to downtown toronto

I'm considering moving to 121 Combermere Dr and would love to know about the TTC options for getting downtown, especially during rush hour. How's the bus service? Also curious about bike lanes in the area, as I'd like to cycle when possible.
