Thinking of moving to 25 Canyon Ave for downtown access and transit

I'm considering 25 Canyon Ave for its proximity to downtown but want to make sure it fits my transit needs. How easy is it to hop on the subway or streetcar? I’d love to hear about the biking options around here too—are there good lanes for commuting? Thanks!
