Living near 1675 Eglinton Ave W and need to get to downtown easily

Looking at 1675 Eglinton Ave W for a two-bedroom. How’s the TTC for getting downtown, especially during rush hour? Are there good bike lanes around for weekend rides? Wanna avoid being stuck in traffic if I can! Any insights would help.
