Anyone live near 25 Seeley Dr? what’s the area like for groceries?

I’m excited about 25 Seeley Dr and love the look of the building! What’s the local grocery scene like? Also, are there nice spots to grab a bite nearby? Any info on transit options would be great too, since I’ll rely on getting around without a car.
