Is 2314 Islington Ave great for easy transit to downtown?

Just graduated and starting my first job, I'm eyeing 2314 Islington Ave for rentals. How close is it to subway or streetcar stops? I want to avoid long commutes to downtown, and any insights on bike lanes would be awesome too. Thanks for the help!
