Grateful for a Great Landlord and Fair Utilities

Just want to share something positive! My landlord has been incredibly responsive to maintenance requests, which made settling in so much easier. Plus, I finally got clarity on which utilities are included in my rent, and it turns out it's more than I expected! Feeling grateful today.
