Is 230 Woolner Ave ideal for commuting to downtown via TTC?

Thinking about moving to 230 Woolner Ave and I’m curious about the transit situation. How close are the nearest streetcar and subway lines? I'm aiming for an easy commute to downtown. Also, what's the walkability like for grabbing groceries or coffee nearby?
