Living near 2 Dorado Crt - what's it really like in the neighborhood?

I’m really excited about 2 Dorado Crt but would love some input! How's the transit situation to campus? Are there decent grocery stores and restaurants nearby? I’ve heard mixed things about the area’s character, so I'd appreciate any insights!
