Living at 36 maitland st for easy access to downtown transit

I'm looking at 36 Maitland St and wondering about its convenience for commuting downtown. How easy is it to hop on the subway or catch a streetcar nearby? Also, are there bike lanes that would make cycling feasible for getting around? Appreciate any insights!
