Any insights on 625 roselawn ave and the surrounding area?

I just came across 625 Roselawn Ave and I'm really interested! The nearby parks look nice, but what's the neighborhood like for everyday life? How's public transport around Bathurst? Are there decent grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance?
