Curious about life around 165 Erskine Ave and its transit options

I’ve been checking out 165 Erskine Ave and I really like the look of the area! Can anyone share what it’s like for transit access around there? Also, any favorite nearby spots for groceries or restaurants? I want to get a feel for the neighborhood character before diving in.
