Checking out transit options near 165 barrington ave for work commutes

I’m considering moving to 165 Barrington Ave and want to know about getting to the downtown core. How easy is it to catch a streetcar or bus from there? Also, any thoughts on cycling routes nearby? I’m trying to avoid long commutes and make it car-free! Thanks!
