135 Tyndall Ave feels like the next up-and-coming spot in Toronto

I've been thinking about 135 Tyndall Ave and can't help but notice how convenient the nearby TTC access is, especially with the 55 Atwell bus right there. I'm curious about what local amenities are must-tries and if there's a community feel developing in the area. Any insights?
