Curious about in-unit laundry and amenities in Toronto apartments

Hey everyone! I'm new to Toronto and feeling a bit overwhelmed by the apartment hunt. How essential do you think in-unit laundry is? Also, I'm curious about gym access and if having a balcony is worth it. Any tips on storage options or parking facilities would be greatly appreciated!
