Looking at 990 Avenue Rd for quick downtown commutes via transit

I'm considering a 2-bedroom at 990 Avenue Rd and wondering about the TTC options for getting downtown. How's the streetcar service around here, and are there bike lanes nearby? Would love insights on a daily commute to Queen St or Union Station.
