Thinking about living at 2460 Weston Rd for easy downtown access

Hey folks, I'm eyeing 2460 Weston Rd and I need to know about commuting downtown. How reliable is the TTC from there? Also, are there good bike lanes for cycling or is it pretty hilly? I want to ditch my car and make transit living work for me!
