Living at 675 roselawn ave - how's the transit for downtown trips?

I’m considering a place at 675 Roselawn Ave and I'm curious about the easiest way to get downtown. Are there good TTC options nearby for the subway or streetcar? I want to avoid traffic and ideally have a quick commute. Any insights on walkability or bike lanes would be great too!
