Can i rely on transit living at 35 Shoreham Dr for downtown jobs?

I'm checking out 35 Shoreham Dr and trying to see if TTC can get me downtown easily for work. How close are the bus stops, and what’s the subway access like? I’d love to hear from anyone who bikes there too—are there good lanes around this area?
