40 Walmer Rd transit vibes for downtown commuters?

Hey folks, I'm scoping out 40 Walmer Rd and trying to get a feel for the transit scene. How's the subway and streetcar access for getting downtown? I’d love to know about bike lanes too, since I’m considering cycling part of the way. Any thoughts on daily commutes from this spot?
