Any feedback on the area around 8 Sand Beach Rd for young pros?

I've found 8 Sand Beach Rd and love the look of the building! Just curious about the neighborhood's character. How's the nearby transit access, and are there good grocery stores or restaurants within walking distance? Any local gems I should know about?
