Stumbling upon 755 Avenue Rd and loving the local coffee scene

Just discovered 755 Avenue Rd and I'm intrigued! The area seems to have a bunch of cute cafes and restaurants within walking distance. How’s the transit from there? I heard the bus on Avenue Rd is pretty good, but any tips on getting around would be appreciated!
