Conflicted about leaving Toronto over rising housing costs

I'm really considering leaving Toronto because I can’t afford the soaring rents anymore. It makes me wonder if it's worth staying here or if I should move to a cheaper city. I feel like I'm giving up on Toronto, but I also know I'm not alone—anyone else in the same boat?
