Stumbled upon 15 bridesburg dr, what's around there for students?

I found 15 Bridesburg Dr and it seems a bit off the beaten path. I’m curious about how walkable the area is, especially for getting to local cafes or grocery stores. And is there good transit access nearby for getting to downtown U of T?
