87 Bellevue Ave sounds intriguing but what's the local transit scene like

I’m checking out 87 Bellevue Ave and I’m curious about how easy it is to get around from there. I love walking, so any nearby parks or coffee spots would be a bonus! Also, how's the TTC access for getting downtown? Looking to be able to rely on transit for work.
