Is 2377 Lake Shore Blvd W good for accessing downtown by transit?

I'm considering 2377 Lake Shore Blvd W for its transit potential. Does anyone know the streetcar and bus service frequency to downtown? Plus, how easy is it to bike nearby with all those lanes? Just trying to map out my daily commute options.
