What are the rules for rent increases in Toronto leases?

I'm a landlord in Toronto and I want to understand the rules regarding rent increases. How often can I legally increase rent for my tenants, and what is the required notice period according to the Ontario RTA? Are there any caps on how much I can raise the rent?
