Natural heating concern or rights question

Hey everyone, I'm worried about finding a warm rental this winter in Toronto. What are the legal minimum temperature requirements landlords must meet? I’ve heard that landlords must provide heat, but what if my apartment is freezing? What are my rights if there's no heat? Looking for advice on this!
