Curious about 137 Isabella St and the neighborhood feel

I’ve been looking at 137 Isabella St and really like the look of the area! How's the transit access around there, especially toward downtown? Also, any recommendations for good grocery stores and restaurants nearby? Would love to hear more about the neighborhood character as well.
