Curious about life at 1450 Sheppard Ave W and its surroundings

I’m drawn to 1450 Sheppard Ave W and excited about the apartments but still have questions. How’s the access to transit, especially with the subway? Also, are there good grocery stores or restaurants nearby that create a community feel? Any insights on the neighborhood's character would be great!
