How is it even legal for landlords to jack up the rent by $400 in one year?! I just saw a bachelor apartment going for $2800 – are they out of their minds? This market is a joke, and I’m so sick of bidding wars. I viewed 15 places, and each one is snatched up in hours. I'm done!
