Looking at 252 Victoria St for ease of getting downtown via transit

I'm considering 252 Victoria St and need to know how quick it is to get downtown for work via the TTC. Any insights on subway, streetcar options, or walking from here? Would love to hear about bike lanes too, as I'm trying to keep my commute car-free!
