Looking at 65 Broadway Ave for easy access to subway and bike lanes

I'm checking out 65 Broadway Ave and need to know how it feels for commuting without a car. How close is the subway, and are there decent bike lanes for cycling downtown? Would love insights on walkability to transit options like buses and streetcars around here!
