Price check: $2100 for 1BR in East York - good deal or overpriced?

I found a 1BR apartment in East York for $2100/month, and I'm really unsure if this is a fair price. The unit has a small balcony and in-unit laundry, but I'm concerned about the age of the building and if I might find better deals elsewhere. Does this price seem reasonable to you?
