18 Erskine Ave has me curious about local cafes and parks nearby

I've been eyeing 18 Erskine Ave and love that it's close to the subway. I'm really into walkable neighborhoods with good coffee shops and green spaces. Any thoughts on what’s close by for weekend brunch or a quick coffee run?
