1053 Don Mills Rd has some enticing amenities, is it a good spot?

I’m curious about the area around 1053 Don Mills Rd. I see the TTC isn’t too far away, but are there any good grocery stores or parks nearby? Looking for an active community feel and maybe a coffee shop to work from occasionally. Anyone know the scene around here?
