Is 618 evans ave good for commuting downtown via the ttc?

I'm looking at 618 Evans Ave for a potential rental. How easy is it to catch the subway or streetcars for a downtown commute? Also, are there bike lanes around for cycling to work? Trying to figure out if this spot can keep me car-free and connected!
